Eligible for Exchange
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • The product(s) must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Only size or color exchanges are applicable for caps.
  • Perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Perfumes (due to hygiene and safety regulations)
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging or invoice
  • Customized or discounted items (unless faulty)

Return Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Once approved, ship the item to our provided return address.
  4. After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item (shipping charges may apply)

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide unboxing photos/videos as proof.
  • We will arrange a free exchange or refund (including shipping charges) upon verification.
